Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Email & SMS experience in DTC/e-commerce.
• Strong experience with Klaviyo or similar lifecycle platforms.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to create structure.
• Strong copy and messaging instincts, even without design work.
• Proficient with Notion and Figma for briefs and flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.
• Build and optimize lifecycle flows: Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback.
• Develop concepts, messaging, segmentation.
• Translate strategy into briefs for the Email Designer.
• Work closely with the designer to ensure campaigns are executed according to brief.
• Manage campaigns from concept through launch.
