Placements24 is seeking an ambitious E-commerce Growth Hacker to join a fully remote team. You will relentlessly test and iterate data-driven strategies to accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention across our ecommerce platforms.

You'll run extensive A/B/MVT tests, harness analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel, explore new channels, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to align growth initiatives with business goals while staying ahead of industry

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving significant growth in an e-commerce or digital product environment.
• Strong understanding of growth hacking methodologies, experimentation frameworks, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content).
• Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement innovative growth strategies across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
• Conduct extensive A/B testing and multivariate testing on landing pages, ad creatives, email campaigns, and other conversion points.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track user behavior, identify friction points, and uncover growth opportunities within the e-commerce funnel.
• Experiment with new marketing channels, social media tactics, and content formats to reach and engage target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing , growth hacking, and consumer behavior to continuously innovate.
