Tires Easy is hiring a Director of Operations to own the end-to-end order fulfillment experience, from order transmission to delivery at the customer’s door. You will lead the Operations team responsible for supplier performance and order execution, and partner with the COO on cross-functional strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in building scalable processes, leading managers, and delivering data-driven improvements in a startup-like environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of operations management experience, including leading managers or multi-team functions.
• Experience owning supplier, logistics/carrier, or fulfillment relationships at scale.
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-growing environments and adaptable to change (start-up experience preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate issues before they surface.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Business acumen with the ability to relate financial and operational data to decisions.
• Self-driven with initiative to implement solutions independently.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the health of order transmission to suppliers and manages supplier performance, driving accountability for on-time processing and shipping.
• Manages carrier relationships and in-transit performance, owning the shipping claims process end-to-end.
• Owns the returns-to-supplier workflow (RMA retrieval and tracking) coordinating with cross-functional teams on the handoff.
• Leads the Ops team, setting priorities and coaching across multiple pods.
• Leads cross-functional strategic initiatives alongside the COO and leaders to drive automation and AI solutions.
• Identifies process inefficiencies and develops targeted improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Leads process optimization and automation projects, applying AI and systems-based solutions to reduce manual work and cycle times.
• Proactively identifies potential failure points in order lifecycle and implements safeguards.
