EPAM Systems seeks an AI leader to establish and drive the AI Center of Excellence for supply chain and operations. You will set enterprise AI strategy, governance, and standards while accelerating responsible AI adoption across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and demand planning.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields with a track record of leading AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience establishing AI governance frameworks, standards, and reference architectures for enterprise-scale operations.
• Proficiency with AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude.
• Familiarity with ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, and PLM ecosystems.
• Knowledge of import/export, ESG, quality, and safety compliance.
• Background in change management with experience leading cross-functional governance bodies.
• Ability to define KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to demonstrate ROI.
• Understanding of AI use cases in supply chain, including digital twins and autonomous procurement.
• Experience developing training programs, playbooks, and adoption campaigns for cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English at a B2+ level.

Responsabilidades

• Define the AI vision for supply chain and operations, including forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics automation.
• Develop the COE operating model, roadmap, and prioritization framework for AI use cases across global supply chains.
• Partner with senior operations leaders to translate goals into AI initiatives with executive sponsorship.
• Establish AI technology standards and reference architectures for supply chain data and workloads.
• Implement governance frameworks covering data handling, policy compliance, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Lead evaluation and approval for AI tools and models ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Champion enterprise adoption of AI platforms across digital twins, intelligent dispatching, and procurement.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and manufacturing to integrate AI capabilities into ERP/MES/WMS/TMS/PLM.
• Create reusable templates, accelerators, and automated workflows to improve cycle times.
• Facilitate governance councils and cross-functional workshops to align on standards and value realization.
• Develop training, playbooks, and adoption campaigns for plant managers, planners, buyers, and logistics teams.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor compliance, impact, and ROI; share insights with leadership.
