CookUnity is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for its OpsTech Team to build and optimize software powering Fulfillment, Logistics, and Labor Tracking. You’ll own features end-to-end, tackle the toughest tech problems, and shape architectural direction in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll work with TypeScript/Node.js and React, contribute to AI-assisted development, ensure reliability, and collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver impact across the platform.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on work in TypeScript/Node.js and React.
• Proven experience designing and building full-stack applications end to end: backend services, APIs, and web apps.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL): data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit and e2e tests, and shipping through CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience running production services with reliability and observability.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services powering Fulfillment, Logistics, and Labor Tracking operations.
• Own features end to end, from analysis and design through implementation, testing, and rollout to production.
• Contribute across the stack from backend services and data models to internal operational tools.
• Shape software architecture and raise maturity of the tech stack, championing best practices and new technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers on the team.
• Partner with Product Manager, designer, and Operations/Logistics stakeholders to refine the product in an agile process.
• Support the on-call rotation and help improve uptime 24/7.
• Collaborate to ensure high-quality software and architecture.
