Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience in an agency.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines in project management platforms.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams across designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources to meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress; identify risks and update stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes and implement best practices for operations.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
