Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to design customized destination-wedding itineraries and guide couples from vision to confirmed bookings.

You will coordinate flights, resorts, group blocks, transfers, and honeymoons, while delivering a high-touch, consultative sales approach across worldwide destinations. Training is provided and flexibility is offered for part-time or full-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable guiding couples through decisions and addressing concerns.
• Ability to organize multiple moving parts (guest lists, room options, payment schedules).
• Willingness to learn new tools including CRMs, supplier portals, booking platforms, and group-travel systems.

Responsabilités

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans including flights, resorts, group blocks, transfers, and honeymoons.
• Understand wedding vision, guest needs, budget, destination, and non-negotiables to present tailored options.
• Guide clients through booking and coordinate travel details for wedding groups.
• Provide pre-departure, on-trip, and post-wedding support with clear communication and care.
