IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with global project leadership responsibilities. The role requires oversight of monitoring activities, risk mitigation, and collaboration with project teams to ensure delivery quality and cost efficiency.

This position is remote with international responsibilities and English proficiency mandatory. The candidate will mentor junior staff, develop analytics strategies, and ensure compliance with ICH GCP and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience with ICH GCP knowledge.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilités

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team across global projects ensuring protocol and SOP compliance.
• Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning for assigned studies.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ CTAs).
• Develop monitoring strategies and RBM tools; contribute to process improvements.
