ITC Worldwide in Buenos Aires seeks a Jira IT Project Manager to lead Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP implementations integrated with an Azure data platform and DevOps practices.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful integration across CRM, ERP, and data services, including Dataverse and Power BI, while driving Agile maturity and governance. The role requires strong communication with executives and sponsors, and mentoring of junior project managers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years IT Project Management delivering enterprise tech and cloud solutions.
• Proven Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP implementation project experience.
• Strong Jira and Azure DevOps experience.
• Cloud (Azure), DevOps, and enterprise applications experience.
• Understanding of data platforms, MDM, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.
• Capable of delivering multiple concurrent projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP implementations with Azure data platform.
• Manage multiple projects using Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Drive data hub capabilities: ingestion, transformation, standardization, MDM, reporting.
• Collaborate with business/technical teams to align Dynamics 365 with enterprise data architecture.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable CRM/ERP using Dataverse and Azure services.
• Ensure integration between Dynamics 365 modules, Azure Data Services, and third-party systems.
• Take full accountability for scope, timeline, budget and quality.
• Maintain governance artifacts: project plans, risk/issue management, financial tracking, resources.
• Drive continuous improvement, Agile maturity, and DevOps adoption.
• Lead communications with sponsors and delivery teams; mentor junior PMs.

As a Jira IT Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of a modern Data Hub and Dynamics 365 transformation initiative, including CRM & ERP implementations integrated with Azure-based infrastructure and DevOps practices.

This role will drive projects spanning data ingestion, standardization, validation, master data management (MDM), and advanced reporting, while ensuring seamless integration with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and ERP platforms (Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Central).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP implementations integrated with a modern Azure-based data platform
• Manage multiple technology projects using Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, leveraging Jira and Azure DevOps
• Drive execution of data hub capabilities including:
  • Data ingestion and transformation
  • Data standardization and validation
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Enterprise reporting and analytics (Power BI)
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align Dynamics 365 solutions with enterprise data architecture
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable CRM & ERP solutions using Dataverse and Azure services
• Ensure successful integration between:
  • Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, SCM)
  • Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake)
  • Third-party systems
• Take full accountability for project delivery (scope, timeline, budget, and quality)
• Maintain project governance artifacts including:
  • Project plans & schedules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in IT Project Management, delivering enterprise technology and cloud-based solutions
• Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP implementation projects
• Strong experience with:
  • Jira (Agile project management)
  • Azure DevOps (CI/CD, backlog management, release pipelines)
• Experience delivering projects in one or more areas:
  • Cloud (Azure)
  • DevOps
  • Enterprise business applications (CRM/ERP)
• Solid understanding of:
  • Data platform architectures and MDM
  • Integration patterns (APIs, middleware, Dataverse)
  • Change management practices
• Demonstrated ability to:
  • Lead cross-functional teams
  • Communicate effectively with clients and executives
  • Deliver multiple concurrent projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master experience or certification (CSM / PSM)
• PMP certification (required or strongly preferred)
• Experience with:
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Dataverse and Dynamics 365 integrations
  • Power BI reporting environments
• Exposure to ITSM frameworks and tools (Jira Service Management, ITIL)
• Experience in training and upskilling teams in Jira, Azure DevOps, and ITSM practices
