Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC seeks a Data Pipelines Platforms Quality and Reliability Manager to own the analytical data foundation on Azure and Databricks. You will lead two Team Leads and four Analysts, align architecture with business needs, and drive reliability, security, and cost discipline.

Reporting to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer, you will set engineering standards, manage the platform roadmap, and maintain hands-on involvement in priority delivery while building a durable

Qualifications

• Twelve+ years in data engineering, platforms, or architecture with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to scale production data platforms and coach teams.
• Expertise in data governance, lineage, and security within engineering org.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Team Leads and four Analysts with clear ownership, standards, feedback and accountability.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, storage, and delivery from design through production support.
• Set standards for data architecture, governance, and security across the analytical platform.
