Job summary

World-Business-Lenders, LLC is seeking a senior Data Engineering and Platform Manager to lead data platform engineering, governance, and platform modernization on Azure and Databricks. You will manage two Team Leads and four Analysts, setting architecture standards and prioritizing delivery to support analytical products at scale.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL and analytical data modeling for Lakehouse architectures.
• Experience building/modernizing production data platforms with Azure and Databricks.
• Proven ability to coach senior technical staff and manage roadmaps with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Team Leads and four Analysts, delivering scalable data capabilities.
• Own platform roadmap, architecture standards, and priority delivery across data ingestions and models.
• Ensure data quality, security, lineage, and governance across the analytical platform.
• Balance cost, performance, resilience, and cloud optimization in a fast-moving environment.
