Hirehawk is seeking a Data Migration Lead to steer the planning and execution of a global data migration program for a major automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

In this role, you will work in UTC business hours, communicate in English, and drive data quality, controls, and reporting to senior stakeholders across time zones.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
