Job summary

Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead for a 100% remote, full-time engagement with a major automotive manufacturer project. You will plan and steer data migration activities, align cross-functional teams, and establish controls to ensure a reliable transition to the target ERP.

The role requires strong experience in data migration methodologies, ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred), and English communication. You will report progress to senior stakeholders and work in UTC business hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
