Job summary

Maxit Consulting - Max Corporate Group is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration within a global consulting framework. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

You will work 100% remotely from Argentina, with interviews in English and daily collaboration in English. Prior large-scale ERP migration experience, especially S/4HANA, is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Deep knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.

• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
