Job summary

Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage the planning and execution of a global data migration effort for a major ERP transition. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining the migration approach, and ensuring data integrity throughout the lifecycle.

Applicants should have prior experience leading large-scale data migration programs (preferably with S/4HANA), and be fluent in English. The position is 100% remote with working hours aligned to UTC time zone.

Qualifications

• Must have data migration leadership experience in large programs.
• Experience with data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs preferred.
• Intermediate/advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
• Available to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
