Job summary

Randstad Argentina is hiring a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end migration planning and execution for a major ERP transition. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth, reliable transition to the target system.

The role requires strong data migration expertise, experience with large-scale programs, and English fluency for interviews and daily work in UTC working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration life cycle: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
