Cummins Latin America seeks a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration planning and execution for a global program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

You will work in English, with interviews conducted in English, and align with UTC working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). This is a 100% remote, full-time role supporting a major automotive client.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
