Randstad Argentina is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting team supporting a major automotive client. You will plan and execute a complex data migration program, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and define the migration approach and controls.

The role requires strong data migration methodology knowledge, ERP migration experience (S/4HANA preferred), and fluency in English.

Formación

• Minimum experience as Data Migration Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong data migration methodology skills: ETL, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA) preferred.
• Proficiency in English; interviews conducted in English.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
