Job summary

Naranja X is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities for a major ERP migration project. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

This is a 100% remote, full-time role with English-language interviews. Ideal candidates have proven leadership in large-scale data migrations, strong knowledge of migration methodologies, and experience with ERP

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration in large enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end data migration steps (extract, transform, cleanse, validate, load).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption; report status to stakeholders.
