Naranja X is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate end-to-end migration activities for a global automotive client within a remote, full-time setup. You will define migration approaches, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee risk controls to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

The role requires proven leadership in large-scale data migration programs, strong methodology knowledge, and proficiency in English. Availability for UTC 9:00–17:00 work hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.

• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
