Job summary

Join Naranja X in a 100% remote, full-time role leading a data migration program for a global automotive client. You will plan and execute migration activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and define controls to ensure a reliable transition to the target system.

We expect successful candidates to have proven data migration leadership within large programs, strong methodology, ERP migration familiarity (S/4HANA preferred), and professional English proficiency for daily work and interviews.

Qualifications

• Lead data migration initiatives across large programs.
• Apply proven data migration methodology: extract, transform, validate, load.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migrations preferred.
• Fluent to advanced English; daily work in English.
• Willingness to work in UTC time zone.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete and ready for the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across multiple workstreams.
• Define migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status to senior stakeholders.
