Descrizione del lavoro

Naranja X is seeking a seasoned full-stack engineer to join a remote product studio that builds MVPs and custom software for startups and companies. You will work on a live product, contributing server-side features and the React/TypeScript UI, while AI coding tools help draft specs, tests and migrations under your direction.

Youll report to leadership and pair with the lead developer and product manager to deliver four to five features per sprint.

4+ years building full-stack web apps in production.
Experience learning and working in a codebase you didn’t write.
Experience with workflow software including approvals, queues or state machines and an audit log/history.
Proficiency with React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.
Daily use of AI coding tools with tests and CI behind them.
Clear written and spoken English.
Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with branches, code review and feature flags.

Mansioni

Build workflow features server-side and the React/TypeScript screens that sit on top.
Review AI-generated specs, tests and migrations and decide what merges are acceptable.
Own one area end-to-end without breaking live features (e.g., task engine or migrations).
Deliver four to five features per two-week sprint, verified before merge.
Collaborate with leadership, the lead developer and the product manager to meet acceptance criteria.
