Reliefweb is seeking a Data Migration Lead to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of complex data migration programs for a global client consortium. The role focuses on defining approaches, ensuring data quality, and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in data migration methodologies, risk management, and English-language communication. 100% remote, with availability to work in UTC hours.

Qualificações

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Experience with ERP data migrations (S/4HANA or similar) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders
