Jetbridge Ai is seeking a Data Migration Lead to steer a global data migration program for a major automotive client. You will plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end migration activities, ensuring data quality and alignment with target systems.

You will manage cross-functional teams, define migration controls, and monitor risks to deliver a smooth transition. Strong English communication is required for interviews and daily work in UTC hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk strategies.
• English communication skills for interviews and daily work.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP migrations is a plus.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition to the target system.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
