Job summary

Avicado Construction Technology Services, Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to oversee a global data migration program for a major automotive manufacturer. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver end-to-end migration activities in a remote environment.

The role requires strong data migration experience, cross-functional leadership, and English proficiency, with work in UTC business hours. You will report to senior stakeholders and ensure data quality and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with migration controls and risk management; ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).
• English level: intermediate to advanced; interviews conducted in English.
• UTC timezone availability: 9:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
