Avicado Construction Technology Services, Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities for a global automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

Ideal candidates have strong data migration methodology knowledge, cross-workstream leadership, and proficiency in English, with availability during UTC

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
