Job summary

Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive a critical migration program for a world-leading automotive manufacturer. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, controls, and risk management to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

This 100% remote, full-time role requires English proficiency and UTC-friendly hours, joining a global consulting team delivering high-impact data transformations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
