Job summary

PwC Argentina seeks a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations, with a strong hands-on background in hardware, structured cabling, and remote hands. You will own client relationships, manage tickets end-to-end, and oversee multi-workstream projects spanning planning, procurement, deployment, and sign-off.

The role requires lead ability, budget oversight, and a track record of delivering projects on time while maintaining high technical standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations, technical infra, or related field.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role or tech ops with client exposure.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, cabling, power, and remote hands operations.
• Proficiency with ITSM/project tooling: Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or equivalent.
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor PO's.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small technical team.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tickets and client reports must be clear.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
