AgileEngine is seeking a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify enterprise customer data. You will design RTCDP/AJO solutions, create XDM schemas, and configure identity resolution to power unified profiles.

Collaboration with marketing and analytics is central for data ingestion and activation. With 5+ years in data architecture, you will translate marketing objectives into scalable data architectures, and mentor junior engineers while shaping cutting-edge data

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP and AJO.
• Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schemas.
• Strong background in data ingestion and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management and unified customer profiles.
• SQL proficiency and understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Strong communication to translate marketing objectives into data architectures.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain the XDM schemas, ensuring standardized data taxonomies.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines from various sources into AEP.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing to orchestrate journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage audience segments within RTCDP for activation.
• Troubleshoot data flows, ensuring data quality, governance and privacy compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AEP best practices.
