AgileEngine seeks a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. You will design RTCDP and AJO solutions, craft XDM schemas, and set up identity resolution to power unified customer profiles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically RTCDP and AJO.
• Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON schemas.
• Strong background in data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage) and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management, profile stitching, and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in querying languages (SQL) and an understanding of marketing automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain the XDM schemas, ensuring standardized data taxonomies across the organization.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) from various enterprise sources into AEP.
• Define and configure identity resolution frameworks and merge policies to build comprehensive, unified customer profiles.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to build and orchestrate cross-channel customer journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation across marketing destinations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows, ensuring high data quality, governance, and privacy compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams regarding AEP best practices.
