Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners. This role translates complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that help teams optimize campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, improve reporting systems, and support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or marketing data roles.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting.
• CRM systems familiarity (Salesforce/HubSpot/Slate).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Leadership teams.
• Improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools to support growth.
