Job summary

Padsplit, Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners.

You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and better campaign performance. You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and enhance reporting systems for strategic marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
