Zusammenfassung

Pavago is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a remote LATAM role, paid in USD. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners, transforming CRM and marketing data into actionable insights.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, track KPIs, and support data-driven decisions while maintaining data accuracy and exploring new tools.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
Native or near-native English fluency.
