Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for university and nonprofit partners. This remote USD role focuses on transforming complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that improve campaign performance.

You will work with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions. Native English required with strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
