Hustler Marketing Llc is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote, USD-paid role focused on turning marketing and CRM data into strategic insights across higher education and nonprofit partners.

You'll lead dashboards, analytics strategy, and performance insights, collaborating with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to drive data-driven decisions and improved campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
