Edetek Inc. is hiring a Data & Analytics Manager to turn marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that improve university and nonprofit campaigns.

This fully remote role collaborates with paid media, account services, and leadership to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven marketing decisions across LATAM and international partners. You will monitor KPI performance, ensure data accuracy, and explore new tools to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
