You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to help teams optimize campaigns and make smarter decisions in a remote, USD-compensated role. You will work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, improve reporting systems, and support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
