Job summary

Testily is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners. This remote role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and improved campaigns.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to optimize campaigns and data quality across platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations
Research new tools and solutions to support growth
