Job summary

Data & Analytics Agency is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role in USD compensation, serving universities and nonprofit partners across LATAM. You will lead analytics strategy, build dashboards, and translate marketing/CRM data into actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.

Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to improve reporting systems and analytics processes while exploring new tools to support growth and data quality.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
English fluency.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
