Job summary

Evox is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners. This remote role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable guidance that improves campaign outcomes.

You will build dashboards, monitor trends, and collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to drive data-driven decision making. Compensation is USD-based and scope-dependent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
