Evox is hiring a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting and analytics strategy for higher education and nonprofit partners. This role focuses on transforming complex marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions. This is a remote role paid in USD with compensation based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
