Job summary
Prometeo Talent is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role serving universities and nonprofit partners across LATAM. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights, turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable guidance that helps teams optimize campaigns, improve attribution, and boost enrollments and donations.
You'll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to design dashboards, monitor KPI
Qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
- Native or near-native English fluency.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
- Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
- Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
- Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
