Job summary

Velocehr is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a remote LATAM role focused on performance marketing for universities and nonprofits. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and insights across campaigns and CRM data to help teams make smarter decisions and improve performance.

You’ll work closely with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions through analytics and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
