Sweet Epic Travels is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a remote LATAM role focused on performance marketing for universities and nonprofit partners. You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to improve campaign performance and reporting systems.

You'll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and partners to build dashboards, monitor trends, ensure data accuracy, and support strategic decisions through data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
