Job summary
Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role focused on LATAM and universities. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and insights across nonprofit partners, transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable guidance to improve campaigns.
You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and enhance reporting systems to support strategic decisions through data.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboarding, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
- Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
- Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
- Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
