Job summary

Work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven marketing decisions. Compensation is USD and based on experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
- Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
- Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
- Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
- Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
