Atomic HR is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners. You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that help teams optimize campaigns and improve decision making.

This is a fully remote role paid in USD. You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
