Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Business Data Analyst to translate raw data into strategic insights, supporting leadership with reports and dashboards. You will drive KPI definition, data consistency, and cross-department collaboration in a 100% remote setup.

You will automate reporting workflows with SQL and Python, enable cost control, and partner with executives to optimize core processes while contributing to a dynamic, globally distributed analytics team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics or related financial analysis role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills to translate data into insights.
• Deep understanding of statistics and empirical methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making across departments.
• Conduct financial and vertical analysis to identify areas for cost control and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure data consistency.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations for the leadership team.
• Assist in the automation of internal processes and reporting workflows using SQL and Python.
