Persona is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage a book of growing advertiser accounts at a performance-marketing company. You will own mid-market and test-stage accounts, using Ads Manager, AI agents, and SQL to pull performance data, and you will be the first to notice overspend or underdelivery.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in performance marketing, affiliate, commerce media, or ad tech and want to grow by proving they can run accounts cleanly, then taking on bigger ones.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in customer success, account management, or campaign operations.
• Fluent in performance metrics: CPC, CPA, CTR, CVR, pacing, IO cap management.
• Technically curious — tracked links, pixels, or postbacks; can follow API docs.
• Comfortable with daily account hygiene across many budgets and launches.
• Strong written communication; capable of client recap and plain-language explains.
• AI-forward: uses AI tools to move faster and improve results.

Responsabilités

• Take new advertisers from IO to live in Ads Manager with campaigns, budgets, CPA targets.
• Build and maintain offer and creative variations for testing.
• Set up and QA conversion tracking: server-side postbacks, MMP events, config before launch.
• Test tracking links and macros; ensure conversions fire post-launch.
• Monitor spend, pacing, CTR, CVR, and CPA daily; flag overspend or underdelivery.
• Make routine optimizations within guidance and flag bigger changes to manager.
• Use AI agents to pull performance cuts and draft client recaps quickly.
• Act as day-to-day contact for advertisers; provide monthly recaps and explanations.
• Prepare data and talking points for QBRs and re-engage lapsed advertisers with offers.
• Turn feedback into feature requests and keep internal playbooks current.
