Job summary

Hiresur is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition for its high-ticket coaching and education programs aimed at fitness and wellness business owners. You will manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube, influence landing pages and email flows, and work closely with marketing and sales to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large paid media budgets (hundreds of thousands per month)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience with high-ticket coaching/education offers
• In-house or agency background welcome

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube
• Drive applications and booked calls for high-ticket programs
• Manage webinars, funnels, and nurture sequences
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, CPL, and other metrics
• Ensure accurate tracking across pixels, UTMs, and CRM
• Collaborate with sales to evaluate lead quality and pipeline movement
• Provide creative direction and testing plans based on data
• Use AI tools to improve analysis and reporting
